3. Payments and Refund Policy
All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice. Payments are non-refundable once the design or development work has started. Project work will not be handed over until the final payment is completed.
4. Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content provided. However, QuadraCore Web Designing retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. All original design files, code, or materials remain the property of QuadraCoreTechnologies unless explicitly transferred.
5. Website Hosting and Maintenance
If hosting or maintenance services are included, they will be governed by separate agreements. We are not responsible for downtime or loss of data on third-party hosting servers.
6. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
We may use third-party tools (like plugins, themes, or APIs). Their performance and security are governed by their respective providers. QuadraCoreTechnologies is not liable for any issues arising from third-party services.
